Lookydo Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

Lookydo is a task-capture app made by Chris Mullins. This policy describes what data the app handles and where it goes. The short version: your tasks stay yours — on your device, or in your own iCloud account on Apple platforms. We don't sell data and there are no ads.

Your tasks, photos, and voice notes

Signing in (optional)

Lookydo works fully without an account. You can optionally sign in (Sign in with Apple on iOS, Google Sign-In) — this is used only to identify feedback and support requests you choose to send. Signing in does not upload your tasks.

Analytics and crash reporting

The app uses Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand usage and fix crashes. This collects things like device model, OS version, app version, anonymized usage events (e.g. "a task was created"), and crash logs. It does not include the content of your tasks, photos, or voice notes. This data is not used for advertising and is not sold.

Feedback and support

If you send feedback or contact support from within the app, your message and the email address associated with your sign-in are stored in our Firebase project and relayed to a private channel we use to triage it. To have your feedback data deleted, email us at the address below.

Children

Lookydo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
